The idea has lurked in the back of my mind for a while but suddenly the planets seem to be aligning...Ethan going to school in Feb, my confidence in my ability to study at tertiary level. (Kinda scarey for someone who left school at 16!)
I've taken a baby step and rung for an information pack on the diploma, I need to know the time commitments to make sure it fits in with family life and being a part time stay at home mum. Neil thinks the pay rate at the other end is pretty good. The starting rate is the same as his current rate!
Hmm back to school, probably not like I remember, no uniform for a start

The other thing that is concerning me is my commitment to Playcentre. I luv Playcentre and have made commitments to Eketahuna, Carterton Playcentres and Assn that would be difficult to fit in with full time study and family. But I need to be looking at the bigger picture too sigh, what to do what to do what to do.
I'm hoping once I have all the information I will make a decision then....watch this space

Big decision, big commitment go with your gut instinct only you will know if you can manage to balance everything and still stay sane...lol
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your decision.
