Farewell preschool.....

Preschool really know how to make a boy feel special, his teacher Alison (pictured) made him a crown, presented him with his leaving certificate and read a story from his profile book. While he has only been at preschool since August 2011, they have really made a difference to my boy.
His confidence has grown, he has had lots of new experiences, he has had a taste of school routines and has practiced his self care skills.
Thank you Carterton Preschool!

Heres a look back at some of the activities he took part in....

First day and exhausted! I'm loving the Jolly Phonics programme!

My boy can sew, he made a dragon fly on hessian, proud mother moment here!

Each day had a mixture of inside and outside activities, all a part of an overall theme for the week.

This happened every Wednesday, Ethan had to bring something from home and get up and talk about it, then take questions from the audience. He even did it on his first day!

This is only a small sample of what they achieved each day!

So now its on to the next adventure...school!
