So there they go...whizzing by

The holidays are done and life gets back to normal tomorrow. No more sleeping until 8, no more mooching around in your pjs until 10, no more reading for 3 hours solid, no more Cartoon Network 24/7, no more stuck inside with sick bored kids while it pours and pours with rain outside!
I think 2 weeks is just about enough time to recharge the old Playcentre batteries and get stuck in for another term.....I think.
Last night it was just me and Ethan at home, Neil was away hunting and Western was having a sleep over at Rachels house so I got a couple of videos out to watch.
This is a great movie which made me cry and cry. Ethan asked me what was wrong very concerned and when I told him the movie was sad and it made me cry, he suggested we turn it off and put on Tom and Jerry instead cause that makes me laugh. What a sweetie!
I also got out Saturday Night Fever cause believe it or not I have never seen this movie. I remember my mum going to see it when I was a kid and packing a sad cause she wouldn't let me go. I know why now, its an R16 with good reason. I have yet to finish this one as with kids you don't always get to watch a whole movie in one sitting!
I'm really excited thought cause Burlesque is coming out on DVD next week just in time for mothers day. I am so lining up to buy that movie, its a great feel good movie with great eyecandy. Hey I'm a 43 year old mother we need eye candy sometimes!
yummmmy!
So today will be spent getting organised for the next week, I need to find the lunchboxes, empty schoolbags, find uniforms and make sure my list of things to do for playcentre has been achieved. I've already filled the tins ready for those lunches and the washing is up to date, maybe I could squeeze in the end of Saturday Night Fever before everybody comes home.
Have a great day!
