The extended Morris Clan

We spent Christmas day with this lot, the extended Morris clan.

From left to right:
Alan's step son (can't remember his name!) me in pink, Western, Richard in sunnies, Aidan the tallest one, Ivan bending over beside me and Cameron his grandson in front, Neils sister Lynda in the green and white top, her son Andrew in the cap behind her and his wife Sharon in the red top holding their daughter Emily, Stan the oldest at the back with his daughter in law Tracy in front. Neils sister Faye is next to Tracy with Bailey, Richard and Tracys youngest son in front, Neil at the back holding Ethan, with Kathy, (Stans wife) in front and the wee fellow in yellow is Zac, (Alan and Jacquis son). Next to Neil is Linda Sage the widow of Stan and Kaths son Trevor, Neils brother Alan and his partner Jacqui who is hiding behind her son Finlay. The last one in the silver hawk tshirt is Regan Richard and Tracys oldest son.

Missing were Neil's sister Yvonne, her two daughters and her grandson all residing in Australia. Two of Lynda and Ivans kids and 1 grand child were also missing, both living out of the Wairarapa at the moment. So a pretty good effort to get everybody together!

It's just not the same without them, I suppose this is what being an adult involves, losing members of your family and having to deal with it. They live on in our everyday lives and conversations. And finally the family realises its important to make time to get together to nurture the family bonds.
