There is a ton of ideas out there on the web for boys rooms, I spent ages on the Pottery Barn website looking for ideas and here is what I found...
I'm loving this red/blue scheme. I found in Kmart yesterday white lamp bases that you could choose your own shade for. There were smart looking blue and white striped ones but the money was coming to an end so I have to add them to the wish list!

Don't you love these stick ons, there is a huge range out there for kids rooms. They make a huge impact

I love the Dr Suess scheme, I have a big poster of Cat in the Hat hanging in Ethans bedroom. It would be easy to build on from that. A couple of funky trees and the stripes.

My boys may just put their laundry in these wall baskets but probably not! I bought them a lime green plastic laundry basket each yesterday. $10 each at the Warehouse.

I'm sure Western would like these Star Wars rooms.

I love this storage space. I always have like wicker baskets. I saw baskets this size for $13 each at K Mart and with a cheap cubed bookcase from the Warehouse the look could be achieved for around $200.

These would look great in a bedroom or a Playcentre!

A funky way to display art

These would fit right in with a Dr Suess themed room.

This looks great for that teen, the latest Home and Garden has also got a cool camo themed room but in olive green with red accents.

I also like this colourful storage basket look. I like the bench seat, Ethan would love to curl up here with his toys.

I like the soft toy storage down the bottom. We have had to put all Ethans soft toys away cause Molly keeps kidnapping them!

I so wish we had a Pottery Barn here... I will have to keep searching for equilivants here.
