Scrapbooking... a great way to start the year!

I have started the year as I mean to go on, scrapbooking! I am in definite need of some supplies though. In all my lettering I only had 2 Es and have run out of foam pads and double sided sellotape. I'm also out of black, navy and kraft cardstock my three favourite colours. My embellishments need major replenishing but despite all that I have managed to create the following simple layouts.
I'm not sure about the black and white paper with this, will keep an eye out for something better. Maybe a red...

I layered three widths of polka dot ribbon then attached these cool chipboard flowers found at the Warehouse.
These large photos are so hard to do when I'm used to working with 6x4 photos.

This is Ethan to a T

These robots were cut out of a sheet of paper but do need foam pads for some depth.
I need to put foam pads under the middle photo to lift if up .

The swimming title was found on Trademe.

These goggles are from my stash and have been lurking around for years.
I prefer to work with 6x4 photos but now the Warehouse Stationery have the next size up so I'm experimenting with them at the moment.
I love this photo of Ethan resting his head on the side of the pool.

Here are some more Kaisercraft robots.

I should have thought ahead and got Western to wear a different colour PJ top, orange is hard to match but I think I did an ok job.
The boy on the bike is off a birthday card in my stash. He would have been lower down but I need to cover some paua fish I had on there first. Why did I put fish on there....no idea but then I couldn't peel them off. I should do what Ann does and not stick anything down until you are sure you have it right but then I do like to live dangerously! LOL.
I wanted to use the title "Celebreight" but only had 2 Es so had to stick with eight. Thats were a Cricut machine would be great, no more searching for the lettering you need you just print it out!
Now its bedtime so I can have lots of creative juices flowing tomorrow....
