Forgive me father for I have sinned....

Its been 23 days since I last scrapbooked! Thank goodness for my monthly scrapbook evening, last night,  with these lovely ladies who keep me inspired and laughing!

These are my Playcentre friends, you know the kinda friends that hang around long after Playcentre is finished and our kids are at college. They all objected to me pulling the camera out but that was just tough! We all have very different styles of scrapping except Denise who comes for the company, wine and inspiration! LOL.We'll get her started yet. Liz takes up lots of space and last night did lots of layouts but forgot a lot of her photos so they need to be added and Andie likes to stand up to scrap, Kate likes to spread out and loves metallics, she is also lucky to have both boys and girls to scrapbook about. We all make do without a Cricuit, Cuttlebug, rubber stamps or any other amazing tools, we keep to adhesive, punches, and scissors it seems. The others are all on our wish list though!
I didn't actually do any layouts last night but today I was all inspired and whipped up the following;

My two boys together, cropped from the family photo shoot. A couple of circles of music paper crept in and I dug deep in my stash for the what boys are made of paper. Its amazing what you can do with scraps.

This is Neil and I at my friend Ann and Mal's wedding many years ago, I had started this layout and got stuck but finished it today, photos of Neil and I together are rare so most of them get a layout. It also makes a change from the boys!

I scored a book of sheet music at the Sallie shop last week and put it to good use with my circle hole punches on this layout of Western. This came together well and its my favourite one today.

I'm looking forward to the next night at Liz's place and then its my turn...me thinks my craft cupboard will need organising before then LOL.
