Do I lie?

Western has a great imagination which I love but he is 8 now and still believes in Santa, aliens, wizards, giants etc,
He really wants to be a wizard, and thinks he is enrolled at Hogwarts and when he is 11 he will go there. But its making him scared cause the movies are getting scarier as they go along. He is also worried he doesn't know where the magic shops are and that he can't find a real wand in the Warehouse. I remember my nephew Kyle thinking he was a real wizard too and he grew out of it and he didn't stress about it so much.
What do I tell him...do I tell him its not real and there are no such things as real wizards? He enjoys reading and researching the whole magic thing but how much is too much? Or do I lie and encourage the fantasy.
He commented yesterday that he thought the fireplace was the wrong kind to get to the wizard shop alley in the movies....
The alley for all your wizardry needs!
I love the fantasy world too but I don't get scared like he does...I don't really!
Western is also fascinated by outerspace and aliens, I had better not let him watch Signs with Mel Gibson, I'll run out of tin foil when he makes all those hats LOL! He plays Destroy all Humans on the PS2 which only fuels his imagination...perhaps getting a PS2 wasn't such a good idea. He has a wish list a mile long of the weapons he would need if we were ever invaded.

I have told him the tooth fairy isn't real because he got really upset when he thought the tooth fairy would take his precious teeth and cried and cried. So now he has all his teeth in a container and no money for them. If he didn't believe he couldn't recieve and I always forgot to pay anyway! LOL.

I just have to keep him from telling Ethan about the tooth fairy cause he's braver than his big brother and won't freak out hopefully!

As for me I prefer my wizards like this...Harry Potter is growing up!
