Tasty Tuesday - Sausage Pie

I use this recipe a lot in the winter time, it makes a change from Shepherds Pie and is very good comfort food! The kids eat it too so that makes it a winner.
1kg potatoes peeled, cooked and mashed
1 onion diced
1-2 tsp curry powder
can of chopped tomatoes in juice
1kg precooked sausages sliced
grated cheese
Fry onion in frypan, stir in curry powder, then stir in tomatoes.
Spread the sliced sausages over bottom of a casserole dish
Add the tomato mix, then spread mash spud over the top. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and cook at 180c for 40 - 45 minutes.
Serve up and devour....yummy!
